Shipping Policy
Shipping conditions for products purchased from Eurominers.eu. Hosting in Norway is governed separately.
1. Order Processing
Processing time is separate from transit time. Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment and order checks are completed. Estimated preparation times may vary by product and availability.
2. Shipping Methods
Available shipping methods, costs and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout or in the order confirmation. Express or economy options may vary by destination and product.
3. Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch. Carrier tracking is the most current source for the movement of the parcel.
4. Delivery Times
Transit estimates are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines unless expressly agreed. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, customs, weather, supply-chain disruption or other events outside reasonable control.
5. Delivery Address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be the customer’s responsibility where legally permitted.
6. Damage in Transit
Document visible package damage before opening where possible. Keep the packaging and contact Eurominers promptly with photographs of the package, shipping label and product.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
Contact Eurominers if a shipment appears lost or materially delayed. We may open an investigation with the carrier and provide the appropriate resolution in accordance with the applicable transaction and law.
8. Customs, Duties and Taxes
For shipments where customs clearance, import duties or taxes apply, responsibility depends on the destination, shipping arrangement and applicable law. Any charges that are legally the customer’s responsibility remain payable by the customer.
9. Insurance
Where transport insurance is included or arranged, claims are subject to the carrier or insurer’s procedures and deadlines.
10. Hosting Exclusion
ASIC hosting in Norway is not governed by these shipping conditions. Hosting is contracted separately.
