Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through Eurominers.eu. Professional ASIC hosting in Norway is governed by a separate Hosting Agreement and is not incorporated into these general store terms.
1. Orders and Contract
Product information, prices and availability are displayed on the website. An order is accepted when Eurominers confirms it. Obvious pricing or availability errors may be corrected before acceptance, with amounts paid refunded where applicable.
2. Prices, VAT and Taxes
Prices are displayed in EUR unless stated otherwise. VAT is applied according to applicable tax rules, the customer’s country and status. Customers are responsible for accurate billing and VAT information.
3. Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Orders may remain pending until payment is authorised and/or cleared.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or in the order confirmation. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed deadlines unless expressly agreed. The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
5. Returns, Refunds and Consumer Rights
Consumers retain all mandatory statutory rights, including applicable withdrawal and conformity rights. See our Refund Policy and Returns page.
6. Warranty
Products are covered by applicable statutory conformity rights and/or the official manufacturer warranty. See our Warranty page.
7. ASIC Equipment
ASIC miners are high-power equipment that generate heat and noise and require suitable electrical, cooling and networking conditions. These characteristics are not defects when consistent with manufacturer specifications.
8. Mining and Cryptocurrency Disclaimer
Eurominers sells hardware and infrastructure and does not guarantee cryptocurrency prices, mining rewards, profitability, ROI, uptime, network difficulty or future returns.
9. Website Use
Website content, branding, software, graphics and text are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The website must not be used for fraud, unlawful activity or attempts to compromise systems.
10. Liability and Force Majeure
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, Eurominers is not liable for indirect or consequential losses or events outside its reasonable control.
11. Privacy and Cookies
Personal data is processed according to the Eurominers Privacy Policy. Cookies are governed by our Cookies Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are subject to the law applicable to the transaction and mandatory consumer-protection rules.
